For over 20 years, I've worked as a Systems Engineer. But outside of tech, I've always been deeply connected to my community — through soccer, through friendships, through the kind of bonds that form when people share a culture and look out for each other.

I kept noticing the same thing over and over: John needed a painter, and I knew Jack was a great one. Maria needed a plumber, and I knew Carlos was reliable and fair. I was constantly making these connections — not for money, just because it felt right.
