Request account deletion review
Use this page to request manual privacy/support review for deleting or closing your HubbCentral account. This path records a support request only. It does not instantly delete account, booking, provider, worker, payment, support, or audit records.
What happens when you submit
HubbCentral verifies the signed-in account on the server, creates an account support case for operator review, and keeps fulfillment separate from this request.
- No destructive deletion runs from this page.
- No email, SMS, WhatsApp, checkout, payment, or send flow is triggered.
- Customer, provider, worker, and recruiter accounts are reviewed according to their account scope.
Retention exceptions
Some information may need to be retained even after review. Common examples include:
- legal and regulatory obligations
- fraud prevention and platform safety
- payment, payout, tax, accounting, or dispute records
- support history and audit records needed to prove handling
Submit a review request
Sign in with the account you want reviewed. The server attaches the request to that signed-in account only.
