Provider OS
Lesson 1 / 12
Welcome to HubbCentral Provider OS
A calm orientation to the new Provider OS after the mobile and launch-readiness cleanup.
Start here to understand Provider OS as your daily work surface for customers, jobs, money, team, reports, growth, and support.
Why this matters
Provider OS is not just a setup page. It is the place where a service business checks the day, follows up with customers, and keeps gated actions honest.
What this feature is
Provider OS is the daily work surface where a provider checks customers, jobs, money, team, reports, growth, and support without jumping between disconnected tools.
Safe to use now
- Read the lesson, open Provider OS, and use the navigation to learn where each business area lives.
- Treat visible gated labels as guidance about what is safe, draft, preview, approval required, or coming soon.
Provider example
A landscaping owner opens Provider OS on Monday morning, finds Dashboard first, then notices where Sales, Reports, and Support live before clicking anything sensitive.
What to click next
- Click Back to Provider OS at the top of this lesson.
- Open Dashboard first if you are not sure where to start.
- Use Next lesson to continue into First 15 Minutes Setup.
What not to do yet
- Do not assume every visible tool sends, exports, charges, or connects automatically.
- Do not skip gated labels. They explain what is safe to use today.
- Do not start public homepage, discovery, or mascot work from this training path.

Provider OS map
Use the top navigation as a map: Dashboard, Schedule, Sales, Expenses, Leads, Marketing, Automation, Reports, and More.
Key highlights
- Start from the Dashboard when you are unsure where to go.
- Use the navigation labels to move by job-to-be-done, not by technical module name.
- Trust the gated labels when a feature is still preview, draft, approval required, or coming soon.
Before you start
- Sign in to the account you use for provider work.
- Open Provider OS on the same phone or computer you use during the day.
- Plan to read the lesson first, then click into the live workspace.
Step by step
- Open Provider OS and pause on the Dashboard.
- Read the top navigation from left to right so the business areas feel familiar.
- Open the menu on mobile and notice that the same workspaces are still available.
- Look for status labels such as draft, preview, gated, approval required, or coming soon.
- Return to the Dashboard before moving to the next lesson.
Ready to apply
- You know where the Dashboard is.
- You can name the main Provider OS workspaces.
- You understand that gated actions are intentionally not live actions yet.
If you get stuck
- If the page feels busy, return to Dashboard and look for the next visible task.
- If you see a gated action, treat it as guidance only until approval says otherwise.
What success looks like
You can enter Provider OS without guessing what the major areas are or overstating what gated features do.
Quick checklist
- Open Provider OS.
- Find Dashboard, Sales, Reports, and More.
- Point to one gated action label and say what it means.
Practice it in the live product
The lesson stays public, but the CTA routes directly into the live HubbCentral surface tied to this workflow.
