HubbCentral explains here how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information when you visit www.hubbcentral.com or use our services.

• Account details such as name, email, phone, role, company name, and referral relationships.
• Booking and service information such as addresses, job scope, photos, messages, and payout details.
• Payment and tax-related information processed through Stripe or other approved providers.
• Operational and security information such as device identifiers, IP address, browser metadata, and fraud signals.

• To create and manage accounts, bookings, payouts, referrals, and support requests.
• To detect fraud, abuse, chargeback risk, policy violations, and other trust-and-safety issues.
• To comply with tax, accounting, legal, security, and regulatory obligations.
• To improve platform operations, analytics, quality assurance, and service reliability.

Payments and connected-account operations are handled through Stripe and related processors. HubbCentral does not store full payment-card numbers on its servers. We may collect or request tax documentation, including W-9, W-8BEN, or similar information, when earnings approach internal review thresholds, when payout release requires it, or when tax reporting rules require it. When HubbCentral provides a secure upload workflow for those documents, use that workflow instead of placing SSNs, EINs, or similar taxpayer-identification values into general chat, outreach, or free-text workflow fields. We may also request a corrected replacement document if a prior secure upload is incomplete, rejected, or otherwise insufficient for review.

Tax records may include taxpayer name, business classification, mailing or notice details you provide to us or Stripe, tax identification information, tax-document status, and payout-hold or review notes needed for compliance and audit purposes.

When you trigger a referral invitation or recruiter outreach through HubbCentral, we may process the recipient contact details you submit, delivery metadata, suppression requests, and related audit records to operate one-to-one invitation workflows, investigate abuse, and honor opt-out or support requests.

• Supabase for database and authentication services.
• Stripe for payment processing, connected-account operations, and certain tax workflows.
• Vercel for hosting and application delivery.
• Cloudflare for DNS, networking, and delivery controls.
• Resend and related communication providers for transactional messaging.

We retain account, booking, payout, referral, dispute, and audit data for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Platform, comply with legal obligations, enforce our agreements, resolve disputes, and maintain financial records.

• Booking, payout, referral, dispute, tax, and accounting records are generally retained for at least 7 years, or longer if a legal hold, investigation, or active dispute requires it.
• Security logs, device metadata, fraud signals, and abuse-review records are generally retained for 12 to 24 months, and may be retained longer where reasonably necessary for investigations or risk prevention.
• Inactive account records may remain in backups, archives, and suppression lists for a reasonable period after closure so HubbCentral can honor legal, security, fraud-prevention, and communication-preference obligations.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information. No Internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. If a reportable data incident occurs, HubbCentral will investigate, document, and provide notice as required by applicable law, including the Florida Information Protection Act where it applies.

Where Florida Statute 501.171 applies, HubbCentral will work to provide any required notice to affected individuals, regulators, and service providers within the deadlines required by law, subject to any law-enforcement delay, documented no-harm determination, or other exception permitted by law.

• Access, correct, or update information we hold about you.
• Request deletion of your account through the account deletion review page, subject to legal, fraud-prevention, payment, dispute, tax, safety, audit, and accounting-retention obligations.
• Opt out of marketing communications.
• Request export of data where technically and legally feasible.

HubbCentral uses essential cookies and related browser storage for authentication, session continuity, language preference, and security. Disabling these controls may limit platform functionality.

HubbCentral is not intended for individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page and, where appropriate, communicated by email or platform notice.
