Platform Integrity Policy
Last updated: April 14, 2026
1. Non-Circumvention
Providers and customers may not move HubbCentral-originated service relationships off-platform in order to avoid platform controls, payment routing, dispute processes, or fees. This restriction applies to HubbCentral-originated client relationships and may continue for up to 12 months from the last platform-mediated introduction, subject to applicable law and reformation by a court if needed.
2. No Unauthorized Subcontracting
The provider or approved team member shown on the booking must perform the work unless the customer and HubbCentral approve a substitute in writing. Sending unapproved people to a job is a serious trust-and-safety violation.
3. Safety, Identity, and Cooperation
- Providers must comply with any identity, location, photo, or check-in verification used for trust and safety.
- Users must cooperate honestly with reports, investigations, and evidence requests.
- Retaliation against users who report concerns in good faith is prohibited.
4. Enforcement Framework
- Minor or unconfirmed issues: warning, education, or temporary restrictions.
- Confirmed medium-severity issues: suspension, payout hold, listing removal, or probation.
- Severe or repeated issues: immediate permanent removal, forfeiture of disputed earnings, and reporting to law enforcement or payment partners where appropriate.
HubbCentral may bypass progressive discipline when a violation is severe, fraudulent, unsafe, criminal, or otherwise incompatible with marketplace trust.
5. Customer Obligations
Customers may not solicit off-platform service work, submit fraudulent disputes, fabricate complaints, or withhold required evidence during an investigation.
6. Reports and Appeals
Users may report violations through HubbCentral support and related platform tools. Banned or suspended users may submit one written appeal within 14 days to safety@hubbcentral.com. HubbCentral will review the appeal in good faith, but platform safety decisions remain within HubbCentral's discretion.
7. Related Documents
This policy is part of HubbCentral's marketplace agreement structure alongside the Terms of Service and Provider Terms.
