Provider Terms

These Provider Terms apply to all providers using HubbCentral to list services, receive bookings, communicate with customers, or receive payouts. They supplement the Terms of Service and the Platform Integrity Policy.

Providers are independent contractors. Nothing in HubbCentral creates an employment, agency, franchise, or joint-venture relationship between HubbCentral and a provider.

• You must maintain all licenses, registrations, insurance, and certifications required for your services.
• You must provide proof of compliance promptly when HubbCentral requests it.
• You are solely responsible for taxes, payroll, subcontractor compliance, and workforce classification for your business.

• You must complete and maintain any Stripe Connect onboarding, verification, or compliance steps required for payouts, including any information Stripe marks as currently due, past due, or pending verification.
• Hosted Stripe onboarding may also collect future payout or verification requirements early where Stripe supports it, and you agree to provide accurate information during those collection flows.
• Payouts may be delayed, withheld, reserved, or offset where reasonably necessary to cover provider-caused refunds, chargebacks, fines, negative balances, or investigation costs.
• Where permitted by law and Stripe's rules, you authorize HubbCentral to recover provider-caused losses from current or future payouts.
• When you send HubbCentral referral invitations or provider-recruitment outreach, you must contact only people or businesses you are permitted to contact and must not use deceptive, harvested, or automated outreach methods.

You must cooperate promptly with customer complaints, fraud reviews, dispute evidence requests, and trust-and-safety investigations. Failure to cooperate within the requested timeline may itself be treated as a provider breach and may result in payout holds, reversal of disputed earnings, or account suspension.

HubbCentral begins every accepted quote with the full accepted quote total as its platform fee and referral commission base. For accepted quotes up to and including $2,499.00, no material exclusion applies. Above $2,499.00, only independently verified net pass-through material value may be excluded. A provider attestation, description, receipt, purchase order, or uploaded document alone is not independent verification. Until HubbCentral approves and operates a separate verification process, the verified material exclusion is zero and the full accepted quote total remains the fee and referral base.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HubbCentral from third-party claims, losses, penalties, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising from your services, omissions, representations, licensing failures, insurance gaps, workplace conduct, subcontracting, or policy violations.

Providers must comply with the Platform Integrity Policy, including non-circumvention, no unauthorized subcontracting, safety cooperation, and trust-and-safety enforcement rules.

Payout recovery, cooperation, indemnification, confidentiality, dispute resolution, and any other obligations that logically survive account closure will survive termination of your provider account.
