Terms of Service

By accessing or using HubbCentral (“the Platform”) at www.hubbcentral.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

HubbCentral is a home services marketplace that connects customers with independent service providers. We facilitate booking, communication, and payment processing but do not directly provide any home services. Service providers are independent contractors, not employees of HubbCentral.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information
• You may not create duplicate or fraudulent accounts
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

• You agree to provide accurate service addresses and booking details
• Payment is required at the time of booking through our secure Stripe integration
• You agree to be present or available for scheduled service appointments
• Cancellation policies apply and may vary by service category
• You are responsible for providing safe access to your property for service providers

• Providers operate as independent contractors, not employees of HubbCentral
• Providers are responsible for the quality and safety of their work
• Providers must maintain any required licenses, insurance, and certifications
• Providers set their own prices within platform-defined ranges
• Platform fees are deducted from each transaction: 15% standard, 18% premium, 20% emergency
• Provider payouts are processed through Stripe Connect
• Tips go 100% to the provider with no platform fee

• Users may earn referral commissions by referring new customers and providers
• Commission rates: Level 1 (5%), Level 2 (3%), Level 3 (1%)
• Commissions are calculated from the platform fee, not the total job price
• B2B referrals require mutual acceptance before commissions activate
• Fraudulent referrals (fake accounts, self-referrals, gaming the system) will result in account termination and forfeiture of all pending commissions
• HubbCentral reserves the right to modify commission rates with 30 days notice

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
• Disputes should be reported within 48 hours of service completion
• HubbCentral will mediate disputes between customers and providers
• Chargebacks initiated without first contacting HubbCentral support may result in account restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Create fake accounts or fraudulent referrals
• Circumvent the payment system to avoid platform fees
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users
• Scrape, copy, or reverse engineer the Platform
• Use automated tools or bots to interact with the Platform
• Post false reviews or ratings

HubbCentral is a marketplace platform. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by independent contractors on our platform. HubbCentral is not liable for:

• Property damage or personal injury resulting from services
• Disputes between customers and providers
• Provider qualifications, licensing, or insurance status
• Service delays, cancellations, or no-shows
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability is limited to the platform fee collected on the relevant transaction.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or class action participation.

All content on HubbCentral, including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of HubbCentral and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
